Thanksgiving in Connecticut

My husband is from Connecticut and the first time I got to go to the East Coast, was to meet his family at Thanksgiving the first year we were dating. I instantly fell in love with the crisp weather, design of the houses, and rolling hilly woods. Last November was probably our last because of people moving, which fills me with quite a bit of sadness. I’m going to miss the holidays there. But I do have some pretty photos from last year (and more with family that I’ve kept for myself) that will remind me of walks in the woods, ping pong wars, and lots and lots of food.

These are gorgeous! That was an interesting mushroom. I know you’ll miss going back there.
